In our view, diversity of thought, identity, and life experience offer tremendous resources, and the spirit of multiculturalism must be infused throughout our institution to ensure the richest possible living, learning, and working environment. Thus, diversity exists in many facets – including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, culture, language, age, physical ability, emotional condition, family makeup, religion, genetics, veteran status,
